About Me

Hey beautiful people, 

 

My name is Rhodie and I'm a  traveler!  I travel because to travel is to take a journey into yourself. It's not always about the pleasure but rather the experience.  Traveling alone isn't always comfortable nor easy but it is amazing! You see, you learn, you grow! The journey changes you, and that change is everything! 

 

As a kid, I lived across three continents, so it was no surprise that as I got older I was stuck with the constant urge of wanting to leave home and explore the world on my own. 

 

I was your average 21-year-old college student who just wanted more. Who sought knowledge outside the classroom, more than what any college could ever offer me. I was craving to see the diversity of places God has created. Fascinated by the different cultures, customs, adventures, and experiences the world has to offer, I chose to leave home. So at 21,  I sailed off to China, mainly for school and work purposes, but it led me to traveling Asia because that's what my heart wanted. 

 

Traveling is amazing! I learned more about myself than I could have ever imagined.  You meet a bunch of amazing people from all over the world and the stories you hear will forever have an impact on you. Who knows, maybe my story will inspire others. 

 

 I grew up moving and living continent to continent never truly knowing where I belonged. Now I realize I belong to the world. Four continents down three to go. Join my hype, enjoy the ride and welcome to my page!
